Zoner is one of the best giveaways here, and this is the pro version (obviously, version 15 will be out soon). Installs 64-bit version on 64-bit systems. Zoner lacks some of the features that sophisticated users like to see, yet it has many features which other image editors don't (read the features at the top of this page). DVD slideshows have been disabled in this version, but PDF slideshows remain (as well as PDF and other files image extraction, screenshot captures, etc.) Zoner not only makes panoramas and 3D photos, but 3D buttons from photos. It can make images of a certain filesize for the web. There are a large number of features, this is a good product, well worth the download. I recommend custom installation if you don't want it to take over file associations.

IMO one of the best photo editor of the market, really powerful and extremely intuitive and easy to use.

There are some missing features, but given the good responsiveness of their staff, I guess they will be implemented soon. One of the most important missing feature is the impossibility to edit the transparency in most cases. For example, when you use the Canvas Size option to enlarge an image, it is possible to select the background colour of the margin that will be added, but not its transparency.
