Only adds effects to a photo, not what I would really call an animation maker, which to me implies cartoons and that type of thing.
Although I got a water ripple effect, I couldn't get any of the animations to appear, and I couldn't see a preview option.

I like most of the effects and animations but the gif files are huge!!! there is no option for optimising

More for creating animations from their stock clip art. Needs ability to import movie or other image files.
