Do you mean you lost the password of your True Crypt container (or volume) ? There's no way to recover it. Otherwise, there wouldn't be any point to encryption.
If your password was very bad (that is very short), or if you remembered most of it, you could try to brute-force it. This would mean trying all the possible combinations in an automated way.
There are programs available online to do that, but they are rather geeky. Make a search with something like "break truecrypt password".
However, such programs can only work on a limited number of combinations. Otherwise, it would take centuries.
